I've noticed that while my arms and legs are fit, my core isn't. (ie, stomach, abs...)
Did some research online and what I've come up with is ENGAGE CORE by imagining to press belly button to spine and sitting tall. Must work because all my exercising has become harder. Began July 10, 2022, I will let you know Aug 2022.
Also put a reminder post-it on computer, tv....
